Accounting Supervisor

Performing processing of large daily transaction data
- Reconciling incoming funds with receivables
- Creating aging receivables
- Daily examination of payment documents
- Daily examination of revenue and receivables transactions
- Coordinating with IT on transaction-related issues
- Creating and inputting journals into ERP (Oracle)
- Analyzing daily transactions (both revenue and expenses)
- Monitoring the team for daily operations
- Creating and maintaining filing for balance sheet accounts (receivables)
- Coordinating with other divisions regarding the flow of information/data required by accountants

**Requirements**:

- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Honest, meticulous, detail-oriented
- Hardworking and willing to work overtime when needed, especially during closing periods
- Good English skills
- Willing to work full-time in Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (required)
