Accounting Tax Admin

**Job Title: Shop Operation Manager (Accounting Tax Admin)**

**Location: Jakarta, Indonesia**

**Work Set Up: Onsite (10 am-5 pm)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Compute and prepare monthly accounting and financial
- statement
- Compute and submit monthly tax calculation for WHT
- (PPH23, PPH21, PPH4 ayat 2, PPH 25, and monthly PPN)
- Compute monthly payroll calculator
- Submit monthly tax submissions for payroll taxes
- Prepare monthly pay slips
- Prepare employee annual tax return
- Prepare and submit an annual tax return
- Manage and maintain internal sales, accounting, and tax
- documents
- Manage customer appointments, booking, and staff
- schedule
- Manage monthly expenses - utilities, internet, shop
- equipment
- Manage Shop and Staff requirements if required
- Provide the Director with weekly updates on tasks performed

**Job Qualifications**:

- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office - Excel, word
- Knowledgeable in using Accounting tools
- Able to converse and write in Indonesian and English
- Organise, responsible, honest
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow and maintain deadlines
- Willingness to take on new responsibilities
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to take on initiatives for the benefit of the company
- Local; living in Jakarta Indonesia
