Accounting & Tax Executive - Property Developer

Persyaratan

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Business level of English.
Experience as Accounting & Tax position (3-5 years).
Knowledge of Taxation.
Knowledge of Accounting system.
Japanese language skill.
Stable career.

Tanggung Jawab

Checking and preparation for cash and bank daily transactions.
Monthly checking and control of taxation article 21, 23, 26.
Tax reconciliation for VAT payable and input VAT and checking with General Ledger data.
Monthly and Annual Financial Report closing and preparation.
Prepare and input all general journal and transactions into IFCA Accounting system.
**Prepare and submit monthly and annual ad hoc report ie**: KPPK and BI reports.
Checking and process all invoices and prepare the schedule payments for all liabilities.
Prepare cash flow information including bank balance and time deposit.
To do coordination and supporting to other departments.
To perform accounting and finance tasks as instructed by Superior.
Support for billing and receipting works including balance reconciliation

To perform supervision task to subordinates.
