You will be responsible for monitoring all financial data, preparing accurate statements, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.Your role will encompass budgeting, managing tax payments, performing internal audits, and providing consultancy to department managers for cost and revenue analyses.By meticulously managing our financial records and supporting investment decisions, you will play a vital role in our company's success.Join us in maintaining financial transparency and driving our organization's growth.**Responsibilities**1. Handling any financial issues including accounting/tax for company and business units2. Prepare costing reports as required.3. Supervising daily transactions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger also bank reconciliations.4. Prepare daily bank reconciliation for all accounts; verify the accuracy of bank statements and resolve questions or problems; maintain the integrity of cash balances and cash flow systems.5. Make budgeting reports and forecast revenues.6. Managing month-end and year-end closing.7. Organizing financial data into usable information and maintaining updated records.8. Tracking the progress of financial and accounting objectives.9. Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with the company's targets.10. To make sure the financial issues comply with the law.11. Responsible for the preparation, and payment of VAT, Payroll Tax, and Fringe Benefits Tax.12. Keeping current with developments in payroll including payroll tax, VAT, and WHT.13. Involving recruiting good accounting personnel.14.
