DESIGNATION : Accounts Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Job purpose**:
To support Finance Manager by performing administrative tasks including Account Receivables, Reconcile invoices and identifying discrepancies, Tax Reconciliation and processing reimbursement forms.
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform monthly accounting receivables and incoming payments process in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- To ensure customers payment on track with agreed term of payment and all payments are accountedand properly posted.
- Reconcile invoices and identifying any discrepancies with customers Purchase Order (PO).
- Create Tax Invoices through E-Faktur and ensure compliance with local tax rules.
- Reconcile Withholding Tax and VAT transactions and check with Tax Consultant for monthly tax report and payment.
- Process travel and business's expenses and other reimbursements.
- Participate in both Internal and External Audit process.
QUALIFICATIONS

**Requirement**:

- Minimum D3/ S1 in Economics, Accountancy or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field.
- Having good knowledge in taxation, preferably possessed Brevet A & B certification.
- Meticulous, organized and good planning skills.
- Good communication skill and must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Resourceful and ability to work independently.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
