Accounts Executive

Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc. Handling day-to-day accounting.
- Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments.
- Handling all banking related works.
- Knowledge of payments done by various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
- Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibility that should be included in account executive job description
- Preparing profit and loss statements.
- Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
- Handling petty cash
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws

Account executive requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or its equivalent
- Min. 2years of experience as an accountant
- Proficient in managing accounting software
- Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes
- Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics
- Good team player

**Salary**: From Rp1,800,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts: 1 year (required)
