**_Finance part_**
1) Remote working in Indonesia, primarily work from home
2) Must have experience doing full set of accounts and proficient in Excel formula
3) Being familiar with Xero cloud accounting software and Power BI will be a bonus, able to self learn Xero and Power BI
4) Month end variance reporting and explanation
5) Must be highly logical and can work under stress, willing to push co-workers to get yourself the numbers and information that you require.
Display leadership qualities
6) Highly task oriented and believes in high efficiency
7) Highly organised and always ready.
Able to prepare information in advance so that you can provide answers to management as and when there are queries
8) Experience in cashflow forecasting and other aspects of FP&A will be a bonus
**_HR Part_**
1) Possess knowledge in Excel and other relevant data analysis and reporting to provide insights on HR management such as hiring budget control, staff retention and leave management
2) Experience in using cloud HR software will be a bonus
3) Possess strong interpersonal skills in establishing and renewing relationships with internal stakeholders including employees to understand their HR needs such as learning gaps, emotional support and work equipment
4) Coordinate with various teams to develop and enhance training programmes for continual staff development
5) Establish and enhance organisation's compensation (rewards) and benefits system for staff motivation and align everyone towards achieving organisational goals
6) Establish and enhance appraisal system to uphold high quality standards
7) Coordinate with various teams to develop and enhance SOPs for various departments and workflows and organise regular meetings to gather new insights and update and fine tune SOPs for effective training and management
8) Possess strong English language skills in order to vet contracts and other legal documents for accuracy and adequate representation of the organisation's aspirations and endeavours
9) Keep abreast of the latest HR trends for various job roles and develop new policies to help organisation stay relevant and attractive in labour markets
