Accounts Receivable Assistant

Details of the offer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collection : Withdraw incoming fund from each Marketplace
- Foster relationship with internal customer to clean up return or cancel order or undelivered order
- Assisting in the implementation and improvement of financial systems, tools and processes. Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency enhancements
- Administrative support: Providing general administrative support, such as filing documents, managing correspondence, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
- Minimum 0-1 year experience in Administration, Finance, or Accounting in retail industry would be a plus.
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
