**Role Description**
As an Activation & Partnership Support, you will be responsible for supporting the activation and partnership activities of EKRUTES.ID, this includes:
- Coordinate and support the execution of activation initiatives and partnership programs.
- Assist in the development of event concepts and prepare detailed event reports.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Assist in analyzing the performance of activation initiatives and partnership programs and provide insights for improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Event Organizer (EO) roles or similar positions.
- Proven ability to conceptualize events and produce comprehensive event reports.
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Illustrator or any editing software.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of valid driving licenses: A (Car) and C (Motorcycle).
- Willing to work onsite at Jakarta Timur.
**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
