Manulife Indonesia is looking high motivated Pricing Analyst. Pricing Analyst is mainly accountable to leads the overall Individual product pricing process inclusive but not restricted to pricing workflow, accuracy, documentation and reporting, also to build valuable relationship with other stakeholders, especially product, IT, claim, underwriting, ops, and channel departments.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- University Degree majoring in Mathematics, Statistic or Actuarial Science.
- Experience with spreadsheets and databases.
- Qualified or nearly qualified actuary as a fellow of an actuarial organization (PAI, SOA, IAA, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of actuarial practice and pricing strategy, especially for Individual products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must perform well under pressure and in a changing environment.
- Having good analytical thinking and project management skills
- Effective command of English, both spoken and written.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Actuarial Reporting

**On the job you will**:

- Responsible to understand the end-to-end process of product pricing, devising, and implementing the overall product strategy for Individual insurance products.
- Identify the appropriate pricing assumptions as well as underwriting needs for new business/product and evaluate profitability and risk analysis of the new and existing products.
- Recommend initiatives to enhance profitability on new as well as existing business based on regular the product profitability review result.
- Ensure to capture recent pricing methodologies as determined by local authority or global company guidance.
- Supervise and train along with provide career advice to 1 junior staff comprising of actuarial students and/or qualified actuary.
