**Responsibilities**
- Analyze data related to insurance claims, policyholder demographics, and market trends to identify patterns and evaluate risk levels
- Develop and maintain pricing models and methodologies to determine premiums for various insurance products
- Collaborate with underwriters, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and incorporate them into pricing strategies.
- Conduct profitability analysis and recommend adjustments to pricing structures as needed.
- Monitor the performance of pricing strategies and make recommendations for enhancements or changes based on market conditions and company goals.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, emerging trends, and advancements in actuarial science to ensure compliance and competitiveness
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in actuarial roles, with a focus on pricing within the insurance industry.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to insurance pricing.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of actuarial science.
