Job Responsibility Admin & Assistant Host: About us Millennial Property Management is a Startup in the short term and daily rental property management industry. We regularly coordinate and work together with relevant parties to improve our quality and service to ensure the satisfaction of our guests and clients.
Qualifications & experience Previous experience in hospitality/hotel industry Fluency in english and/or indonesian Meticulous and attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet target deadlines Tasks & responsibilities Listing Properties on Online Platforms like Booking.com/Airbnb, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Communicate with Tenant to coordinate booking, check in process, etc. Help draft document, contract, work order templates as needed Coordinate with Assigned Host regarding stock management, unit maintenance issues, and unit stock list after acquisition.
