You will be working in our Indonesia hub based in either the Jakarta or Bandung office from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

**About the Job**:
SalesPond Group is looking for an **Admin Assistant** to assist the business with Campaign Management and Client Onboarding. This role requires a good level of written and spoken English as you will need to communicate directly with the team in Sydney. This important role will perform administrative tasks for Client Onboarding, Campaign Management and other related administrative and operations tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in business English (written, spoken, comprehension)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a PA/EA in an office environment or related admin role
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in using CRM platforms
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet
- Detailed oriented and organised working habits with ability to multi-task
- Proactive and self motivated
- Creative problem solver with drive and tenacity to see through the completion of tasks, as well as able to handle workload
- Dependable, reliable and able to work with minimum supervision
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting Management with preparation of Proposals and updating of pipeline
- Working with the Campaign Managers to support their daily admin tasks
- Scheduling and setting up online meetings with Clients and Management
- Admin tasks related to setting up new campaigns, campaign operations and helping the Campaign Ops team successfully kick off any new campaigns
- Preparation of client reports and campaign performance tracking
- Helping HR with administrative tasks related to recruitment

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
