Mazars Indonesia is looking for Admin Associate - Outsourcing Services to join its growing team of professionals.

**Role and responsibilities**
- Assisting the engagement managers in all administrative matters and paperwork of Outsourcing team. This includes but not limited to mails redirections, updating of database etc.
- Preparing and supporting the Outsourcing invoicing process and distributions.
- Coordination of signatures, lodgement process, database updates, maintaining filing systems
- Updating, archiving and maintenance of accurate physical and electronic data within various software platforms.
- To work closely with the team to ensure all supporting and administrative paperwork or functions are all well maintained, updated, recorded and available.
- Handling any other coordination role as and when required.
- Assist in any ad-hoc enquiries or matters assigned by the engagement managers.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience within a professional services firm preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills ability to communicate with all levels with professionalism
- Good vocabulary and command of English is a must
