Admin Billing (Internship)

Assist in managing billing operations and processes.
- Input and maintain accurate billing data into the system.
- Assist in generating invoices and statements for clients.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Support the billing team in reconciling accounts and resolving billing issues.
- Assist in preparing billing reports and analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
- Perform administrative tasks related to billing operations as assigned.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or a recent graduate.
- Fresh graduate or final-year student (with no remaining coursework).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience or coursework in accounting or billing is a plus.

Pay: Rp100,000 per day
