Admin Dan Customer Service

**Requirements**:

- Female, max. 27 years
- Have min. 1 year experience in related field
- Minimal High school / Vocational school
- Have ability to operate Ms. Office
- Understands the basic of Customer Engagement & Relationship
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respons to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effective and negotiation
- Can handle customer database on the system
- Domicile in Jakarta
- Can join ASAP

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- Make MOM (Minutes of Meeting), daily and monthly reports

Upah: Rp3.500.000 - Rp4.000.000 per bulan
