The Admin GA is responsible for providing administrative support to the General Affairs department. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting with travel arrangements. This position reports to the General Affairs Manager and plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
- Handling travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Maintaining and updating employee records and databases
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Managing and organizing company events and functions
- Ensuring the office premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Assisting in the implementation of office policies and procedures

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: Rp2,500,000 - Rp3,000,000 per month
