**Requirement**:

- Minimum S1
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
- Experiencing using office management software, including Microsoft Office (word & excel)
- Min. 1 year experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Familiar with order process, PO, invoicing, as per agreed SOP.

2. Prepare document, such as invoicing, packing list, SKBDN

3. Filing documents related with Logistic activies.

4. Tracking documents to make sure Invoice were sent to customer on time

5. Customer Service, handling complaints, or enquiry from customer/distributor, and sales team

6. Report to manager
