Admin Pool Rental Mobil

Responsibility- Responsible for vehicle readiness- Responsible for vehicle administration (Document administration/filing/control)- Able to analyze vehicle usage data- Willing to check vehicles directly in the field is a must- Handle, process all customer car rental enquiries & prepare the cars to be ready- Good in handling and coordinating client's requests or complaints- Maintain vehicle maintenance log file which include date, cost, type of services/repair- Prepare final predelivery inspection in accordance with KAR quality assurance.- Perform data entry into system and other general administrative- Regularly update and maintain unit pool reportsRequirement- Diploma/Bachelor degree from majoring management/automotive/administration or any major- Experience min 5 years handle car pool/management driver/administration- Able to multi task, manage multiple issues & skilled at time management- Good communication, Strong leadership and team work- Able to Planning organize schedule effectively & efficiently- A good quick decision maker & problem solver- Good understanding of cars dynamic & have strong passion/interest in carsJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, KontrakPanjang kontrak: 6 - 12 bulanUpah: Rp4.500.000 - Rp5.500.000 per bulanPertanyaan Lamaran:- Berapa gaji yang anda harapkan?**Experience**:- Administration: 2 years (Diutamakan)
