Admin Project

Qualifications:

- Minimum education D3/S1 Civil Engineering
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in Construction / Property as a Project Admin or related field
- Mastering AutoCAD, Ms Office and Ms Project
- Can read technical drawings
- Thorough, honest and able to work together in a team
- Placement in Bandung

Job Descriptions:

- Coordinate with internal parties related to administrative affairs projects
- Make material approval in coordination with related divisions
- Create and prepare billing documents and process signatures to clients
- Create project progress reports
- Checking the completeness of billing documents before submission to the project
- Manage delivery and collection of project documents
- Coordinate with related parties in terms of work administration during the project

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
