Admin Purchasing (Fashion)

Details of the offer

Researching potential vendors.
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
- Compile offers from vendors to create PR / PO
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve issues.
- Handle the administrative Purchasing process.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products.
- Tracking and evaluating supplier / vendor performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of business, supply chain management, or any other related field
- Strong business and commercial mindset
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Have a basic understanding of certain areas (i.e: finance, accounting, tax, and legal)
