- Bachalor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or related fields
- Having experiences at least 1 years in the same field is must
- Detail and Good Knowledge about psychological testing administration
- Having knowledge in recruitment process
- Having design skill and familiar with Adobe Photoshop or Canva
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Have Excellent communication, strong analytical, negotiation, and problem solving skills
