Admin Sales And Operation

Details of the offer

Management of administrative systems, financial reports, and secretarial tasks.
- Register the company to participate in the tender.
- Prepare all aspects of Tender Administration, Technical and Commercial documents.
- Receive PO (Purchase Order) from Customer, create Cement SO (sales order) in the CSMS system and prepare DO (Delivery Order) also complete documents for shipping goods
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery of goods

Job Requirement:

- Graduated from a reputable university
- Have good communication skills (Indonesia & English), both verbally and in writing
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Good administrative skills, detail-oriented, assertive, communicative
- Have good presentation skills, public speaking and reporting skills

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
