PT Hino Finance Indonesia ("HFI/Company") was established based on a joint venture agreement between Hino Motors Ltd., PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk., and Summit Global Auto Management B.V. (part of Sumitomo Corporation) in accordance with the Deed of Establishment dated July 11, 2014. HFI is a captive financing company for commercial trucks, especially for the Hino brand, which is here to support the sales of Hino products in Indonesia through financing solutions such as, finance leases, sale and leaseback, and other products according to the company's articles of association, which are tailored to customer needs.
Control daily operation in Branch Admin and coordinating with other departments in HO if needed.

Process BPKB documents and other documents related to the BPKB process during the financing period. Starting from SP BPKB, Overdue BPKB, BPKB on hand, the process of extending STNK / BBN / Etc. according to the request of the Debtor, release BPKB, and all reports. Maintain relationships with Dealers and Debtors for the smooth administration process of BPKB.

Review contracts before printing to be sent to customers for signature, reprint contracts that have gone live, send Welcome Letters, copies of contracts and insurance policies to customers, and store credit documents.
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major

1-2 working experience in related field would be an advantage

Knowledge of BPKB /STNK /Invoice

Ability to drive a vehicle to do periodic BPKB pick up to the Dealer
