**YOUR ROLE**:
- Coordinate arrangement on handling overseas High-Level visitor for President, including provide the accommodation and visitor briefing book.
- Prepare expense reports and reimbursement forms for President.
- Organizing and preparing critical presentation and administrative tasks for President.
- Organized compliance training, Board of Director / management meeting, including taking minutes and support for its relevant facilities, etc.
- Served as President's representation in Meetings, Conference etc.
- Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with filing and organization of information
- Liaise proper internal communication between Head Office and the sites
- As point of contact to internal (global and regional team, shareholder) and external (consultant) for support on legal / compliance document such as process on Notary Deed and Circular Resolution.
- As point of contact to Key Travel Agency, escalate any issues during business review every quarter.
- Maintain Indirect Material Service Purchase Requistion daily and Ensure smooth process flow
- Prepare Smiling billing reports for ticket and hotel and continue to process Electronic Data
Interchange/Payment Request Form
- Assist Executive Assitant on handling accommodation for Regional
- Visitor and/or Executive Committee Meeting, Prepare Payment Request Form for other Department such as
Finance, IT, All Adhesives departments for miscellenous Payment Request Form
- Key Contact for Hotel and Ticket Inquiries (domestic and international travel) and its related tasks (such as,
Sales Meeting, Meeting Incentive Conference Exhibition)
- Assist with general office administrative inquiries
- Assist with filing and organization of information
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Possess at least 1- 2 years of progressive personal assistant, executive assistant, office administrative.
- Open for fresh graduate who has passion to work in administrative field.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good English communication
- Excellent Interpersonal and Administrative Skills
- Strong multi-tasking skill
