As an **Admin Staff in the Sales Department**, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the efficiency of our sales initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or fleet management environment.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Show proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
- Showcase excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Department, ensuring all documentation and data are accurately maintained and organized.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of sales reports, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, a proactive mindset, and strong teamwork skills. Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating effective communication and the ability to support and motivate team members.
