Job Description:- 1. To handle WA group that consists of top 100-200 Merchant Existing- 2. To problem solve any issue reported by those Merchant in WA group- 3. To forward any comms / information / education about product feature, campaign, event in the WA groupRequirement:- S1 from any major- 1-year relevant experience in administration with exposure to customer support / online and offline engagement with potential customer- Good problem solving and communication skills- Tech savvy with social media proficiency that could support them in managing multiple groups of communication and engaging with merchant partners in effective manners- Basic skills of data management and operation (skills with Excel/Sheets & Ppt/Slides)Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, KontrakPanjang kontrak: 3 bulanUpah: Hingga Rp472.500.000 per bulanPendidikan:- S1 (Diutamakan)Pengalaman:- Staf Administrasi & Customer Service: 1 tahun (Diutamakan)
