- Follow up closure of inquiry or issue.
- Learning about company's products or services and keeping up to date with changes
- Providing translations, when necessary, based on language ability.
- Document translations

Job Qualification:

- Ability to demonstrate English & Chinese written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Ability to communicate effectively oral and written
- Willing to work in Bogor
