**Company Description**

**Role Description**

This role requires FLUENCY IN ENGLISH (equivalent to Native level) both verbally and orally as most communication will be in English with international clients. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is also required.

The Head of Administration will be the first point of contact for all clients and is responsible for ensuring all client inquiries are attended to swiftly and correctly. This role requires an independent thinker who can attend to customer's inquiries independently with minor support.

**Qualifications**
- Client Services, Client Relations, Business Relationship Management, and Account Management skills
- Team Management and Team Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers
- Prior experience in a similar role or other relevant experience in the education industry is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry is also preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Fluency in English (10/10) and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
