Administration Engineer

Our well-established furniture manufacturing company is in search of a highly skilled Engineering administration to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and streamline administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve administrative systems.

Oversee office logistics, including space management, supplies, and equipment.

Develop and maintain documentation for administrative procedures and policies.

Conduct regular assessments of administrative functions and recommend improvements.

Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in administration or related roles.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Familiarity with engineering processes is a plus.
