Hi, our client (Multinational Online Transportation Company) are looking for Data Entry & Collection Support Coordinator!**Requirements**:- Minimum education is Diploma 3 / associate degree.- Have at least 1 year of similar experience or in administration, familiar with working for data organizing purpose.- Fresh Graduate with good Excel and analyzing skills can be considered- Good communication skills- Ability to prioritize and organize workload- Ability to work under pressure and within fixed time constraints- Clear, concise, and logical verbal and written communication skills- Attention to details**Responsibilities**:- Managing & monitoring attendance, overtime, annual/off-leave, coaching & warning letter requests, and department assets report- Assisting onboarding by explaining the rules in our department, making sure the new hire received the assets, and informing the trainer team to conduct the class for new joiner- Assisting offboarding by checking all the asset returns in good condition & complete- Managing & monitoring budget; start from reviewing requests, budget controller, invoice/GRN/accrual things- Will have communication with Procurement, FP&A, Finance, Project Owner, and Vendor**Duration: 3** Months**Benefit**:Salary (2,5 mio) + BPJS**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 3 monthsPay: Up to Rp2,500,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Apakah anda terbiasa menggunakan Ms Excel atau Google spreadsheet?
