Administration Support (Merchant Operation)

**Requirements**:

- **S1 (Graduated) from reputable university
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, as well as public speaking and presentation skills
- Analytical and critical thinking thinking with strong problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented (in both data and organizing / planning)
- Understand how to use Microsoft Office and GSuite and are fluent in the usage of shortcuts, formulas, and pivot tables
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Prior working experience in project management is desired
- Responsible for end-to-end project management from brainstorming, conceptualizing, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and project execution, to post event reporting and evaluation, drawing conclusions and action items from data and on-ground observations
- Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
- Work and collaborate across team and stakeholders as part of Jabodetabek Merchant Operations Team
