**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the CEO and Operations VP.
- Assisting with Client Relationship Management - setting appointments.
- Support business expansion projects.
- Assisting with day-to-day business operations.
- Basic finance - Submit and reconcile expense reports and invoices on Xero, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Good command of spoken and written English language.

If you know Mandarin, it will give you an edge, as we prefer someone who can speak and write Chinese.
- At least 2 years of work experience in an administrative or operational capacity. Experience with start-ups/fast-paced or high-growth companies is a plus.
- You are organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and adaptable as every day is different and can change at short notice so therefore need to be able to prioritise your tasks.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work well in a team environment.
