Admission Supervisor (Surabaya)

**Job Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Supervise and lead a team of Admission Consultants, providing guidance, support, and training as needed- Stay up-to-date of immigration policies and regulations, keeping the team informed to ensure accurate and timely advice to students- Foster and manage relationships with international universities, admissions offices, and other relevant stakeholders- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of the agency's operations**Qualifications**:- Min. of Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field- At least **2 years** of experience working in the Overseas Education Industry- Proven leadership experience in managing teams, preferably in the field of admission consulting or education consultancy- In-depth understanding of international education trends, immigration policies, and university admission processes- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders- Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
