Admission Supervisor (Surabaya)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of Admission Consultants, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Stay up-to-date of immigration policies and regulations, keeping the team informed to ensure accurate and timely advice to students
- Foster and manage relationships with international universities, admissions offices, and other relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of the agency's operations

**Qualifications**:

- Min. of Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- At least **2 years** of experience working in the Overseas Education Industry
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams, preferably in the field of admission consulting or education consultancy
- In-depth understanding of international education trends, immigration policies, and university admission processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
