**BACKGROUND**

As part of its commitment to deliver education to more students in more parts of the world, Navitas has joined with Deakin University (AU) and Lancaster University (UK) in an innovative partnership to manage and operate a new joint university campus in Indonesia.

Bringing together a combined reputation for world-leading education and research, and extensive experience in international education, the Deakin University Lancaster University Indonesia campus will deliver the highest quality, affordable educational opportunities to Indonesian and international students, while also working to support the education, research and human capital priorities of the Indonesian Government. It will also advance Indonesia's reputation as an appealing international education destination.

The Indonesia campus will be located in Bandung, West Java, which is recognised as an important and vibrant location for higher education in Indonesia. Students and teachers will be part of a thriving education community attracting diverse student cohorts from across Indonesia and globally.

Navitas as a Global Education provider will lead the operational delivery of the campus, building on its existing partnerships with both universities.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Admissions and Recruitment Officer provides expert assistance in relation to applicants and entry requirements to education agents and students for Deakin University Lancaster University Indonesia (DLI).

**THE PERSON WE SEEK MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING**:

- Relevant qualifications and demonstrated work experience OR significant work experience within the education industry or related area, including experience in the Indonesian education system
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to represent the campus with confidence to a range of stakeholders
- High level computer skills including an understanding of and experience in using various student management systems
- Demonstrated commitment to the provision of a high-quality client-focused services
- Experience in managing a high volume of tasks with competing priorities in an organised manner and within strict deadlines
- Written communication skills, including the ability to accurately and independently prepare basic correspondence, on a range of student admission and recruitment matters
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to offer solutions to problems
- Demonstrated conversational fluency in English and Indonesian Bahasa

**DESIRABLE**:

- Work experience in higher education sector, preferably in a commercial setting
- Experience with relevant CRM systems.
