Ads Planner & Kol Management

Ads Planner & KOL Management is responsible for developing an ads plan, securing ads space, managing KOL, and maximizing impact within the campaign. Full grasp of media buying strategies, technologies, and trends are must-have skills in this position. This position will also help cross-functional teams develop and evolve ideas to meet client's brand objectives based on strategy, and data and insight.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Developing media strategy and plan.

2. Through-The-Line (Digital-ATL-BTL) media buying/placement.

3. Monitoring and optimizing ads.

4. Creating and maintaining KOL network.

5. Managing KOL related campaign.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 - 3 years' experience in Ads/Media Planner and KOL Management.
- Able to operate Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Able to carry out responsibilities with mínimal direction or supervision.
- Able to plan the media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- High level of initiative.
- Able to handles deadline pressures well.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms.
