Advertisement Specialist

**Responsibilites**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with company goals and target audience demographics.
- Create Plans for Organic and Non-Organic Marketing Strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advertising campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and produce engaging advertising materials.
- Oversee digital advertising efforts, including online display ads, social media advertising, and search engine marketing
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience behavior

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Specialist
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles, media planning, and creative development.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and contribute to the development of compelling advertising content.
- Understanding Mobile Games (Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact, Mobile Legends, etc.) will be a plus
- Interest in Anime is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
