Affiliate Specialist Intern / Affiliate Specialist

Requirements:

- Ungraduated Bachelor Degree or Senior High School are allowed
- Minimum 1 year of experience in handling Affiliate Marketing, Partnership, Influencer, and Agency (additional value).
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Affiliates, and internal teams.
- Understanding the latest trends in the influencer marketing industry.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and Tokopedia Affiliate Platforms.
- Proactive, fast response, pleasant personality, and a good team player.

Job Description:

- Analyzing potential Affiliators aligned with the brand through social media and ecommerce.
- Maintaining and building strong relationships with existing Affiliators.
- Collaborating with Affiliators to generate compelling and relevant content, such as unboxing videos, tutorials, product reviews, and other social media posts.
- Performing analysis of Affiliator campaign performance, tracking key metrics, and compiling reports on their impact on sales and brand awareness.
- Conducting negotiations effectively with Affiliators.
- Actively contributing ideas for marketing campaigns with the relevant team.
