After Sales Manager (Heavy Equipment Industry)

Bachelor's degree or above, willing to be placed in Jakarta
- Have work experience more than 2 years in logistics, preferred in import and domestic shipping process in heavy equipment industry
- Communicative in English is a must

We are now looking for a position as a Finance Manager areas with requirements as below:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above
- Have work experience more than 2 years in logistics, preferred in import and domestic shipping process
- Be able to use English as a working language

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the equipment maintenance, repair, installation,testing, cleaning, inspection ,equipment inbond out bound in the whole region
- Asset management in the whole region
- Develop customer service center and service team for the whole region
- Develop repair solution, parts solution, operator solution,training solution for the clients.
- Develop service policy and work procedure ,
- Improve customer satisfication, reduce machine break down time
- Provide techinical support for AWP, excavator, truck, forklift ,generator, scaffolding and shoring material
- Responsible for New Product Introduction analysis,
- Responsible for cost control of service,optimize the spare parts stock
