Contribute to the achievement of the service sales target
Manage sales leads/opportunities: update, response time, follow up (lead and quotation), forecasting
Maintain a pipeline of opportunities for accurate forecasting
CRM (Salesforce) utilization and discipline
Support Product Sales for service offering
Support marketing campaign
Service part management
Depot/In-house repair order management
Perform sales activities and planning (calls, online meetings, etc)
Weekly and monthly reporting to Team Leader
