**Job Descriptions**- Execute classes to achieve high quality business target & strategies both for Agent and Leaders-
- Measure & monitoring result or impact of training/classes-
- Develop high quality training modules for both Agent and Leaders-
- Provide agency training team performance report to ensure the achievement of their operational target (SLA)**Job Requirements**:

- Deep knowledge about delivery training and curriculum training design-
- Have minimum 3 years experience in handling training and people development area.-
