**The opportunity**

**Individual **Accountabilities**:

- Drive recruitment activities with respective leaders in his/her region
- Drive leader promotion progress
- Train leaders on how to recruit and how to deliver segmented script for recruitment
- Deliver recruitment workshop and share recruitment insight to recruiter
- Support NEXT recruitment process

**Key Shared **Accountabilities**:

- Drive new recruit activation with activation & training team
- Drive internal promotion culture with MABC program
- Coach and engage active recruiter together with training team

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive recruitment activities with respective leaders in his/her region
- Drive leader promotion progress
- Train leaders on how to recruit and how to deliver segmented script for recruitment
- Deliver recruitment workshop and share recruitment insight to recruiter
- Support NEXT recruitment process

**How will you create impact?
**
- Supervise 8-10 agency leaders around 100-150 leaders/ recruiters
- Estimate to drive 50-60 new recruit average/month

**What motivates you?
**
- 1.
Able to drive inactive recruiters in the respective region to become active

2.
Manage to drive agency leaders whom lacking in recruitment activities to be able to lead their own activities (i.e : BOS, table talk/ mini BOS/ job fair)

3.
Engage leaders/ recruiter whom lacking with recruitment idea/ source to be able to build their own source (referral and non-referral initiatives)

4.
Provide good assistance to leaders/ recruiters whom still lacking with relevant recruitment skill needed and how to utilize social media/ digital apps to support the recruitment performance

Monitor and supervise leaders/ recruiters with intense follow up for the activation & promotion consider not many of leaders/ recruiters do proper follow up for this

**What we are looking for**
- University degree from good reputable university
- Min.
4-5 years working experience in life insurance industry
- Preferable with experience in managing sales/ recruitment team in agency channel
- Able to demonstrate good leadership and managerial skill
- Able to engage and build strong relationship with respective Agency Leaders and related parties
