Job Summary- The Agency Strategy & Data Analysis role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of our life insurance company's agency operations. The primary objective is to leverage data-driven insights to enhance agency performance, optimize distribution strategies, and drive business growth.- Job Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (2 years) in data analysis, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in strategy development and implementation.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with insurance agency operations and distribution models is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Preferable has good power point skill or other presentation tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical modeling, and predictive analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret agency performance metrics, and sales trends.
- Generate actionable insights from data to optimize agency operations and increase sales effectiveness.
- Strategy Development:
- To create a comprehensive business proposal and follow up strategy should be timely and persistent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business proposal aligned with business goals.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess agency performance and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies on agency performance and profitability.
- Provide regular one on one Principal meeting by quarterly basis.
- Technology Integration:
- Work closely with IT teams to leverage technological tools and systems for data analysis and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to enhance agency operations through the integration of new technologies and data-driven solutions.
