About the Role

Taking charge of supporting strategy design, planning, and implementation, as well as handling performance, encouraging business development, ensuring quality, and being responsible for recognition and incentive programs—all sought at growing the company's profitability and promoting balanced growth!
- Crafting, strategizing, and implementing agency recognition programs and incentives, including content, to boost sales in alignment with company objectives.
- Conducting strategic assessments and analyzing business performance, then translating findings into well-crafted cases that highlight opportunities and provide actionable recommendations, solutions, and action plans.
- Additionally, ensuring efficient reporting, tracking, and monitoring of overall agency distribution performance within each division.
