2. Possession of an expansive network of Property Agent connections and the capacity to effectively lead a team of over 50 In-House Sales professionals.

3. Demonstration of strong leadership skills and excellent managerial capabilities, highlighting the ability to collaborate seamlessly across various departments within the company.

4. In-depth familiarity and understanding of the evolving landscape of Residential & Commercial properties, enabling effective leadership in the creation of new products tailored to consumer needs.

5. Assigned responsibility for the management and development of projects in the region of Bintaro, South Tangerang.

6. Placement at **Ciputra Group (CitraGarden Bintaro).**

**Salary**: Rp7,500,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
