Agreement Operation Intern

**About the Role**

As an Agreement Operations Intern, you will work closely with the Executive Agency function which plays a critical role in the success of business operations. As one of the key performers who assists the team in carrying out successful business operations for the company, you are expected to be involved in various correspondence matters relating to EA functions.

**What You Will Do**
- Assist in drafting letters and agreements related to letters
- Aid in the operational activities of the legal team by providing support to management, business units, and other functions within the company
- Handle correspondences and information requests related to agreements
- Supporting the sales team to archiving partnership documents
- Coordinate the collection and review of signed agreements from the Sales Team

**What You Will Need**
- Final year student or fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in Law or related majors
- Knowledgeable about handling and filing legal documents or managing contracts/agreements
- Proficient in using Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs
- Resilient, willing to learn, and meticulous in detail
- Ability to think and work as part of a team, integrate with others, and show personal initiative
- Good written and verbal communication skills
