Summary of Responsibilities: Cook food in a timely manner Ensure appealing plate presentation Supervise Cooks and assist as needed Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy) Monitor food stock and place orders Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area Only for Indonesian Citizen Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or free-standing Chinese restaurant with a good reputation and most talked-about In-depth knowledge of food safety principles and best practices, HACCP certification is desirable Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken is desirable Diploma in Culinary, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's Degree is desirable
