Job Description Lead the end-to-end process of designing and training large-scale AI language models, such as GPT or similar, tailored to our specific software applications.Utilize advanced deep learning techniques to fine-tune models, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and efficiency.Conduct extensive model evaluations and tuning to enhance language generation, natural language understanding, and AI-driven problem-solving capabilities. Collaborate closely with our Senior Software Developers to seamlessly integrate AI models into existing and new desktop software solutions.Requirement Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. PhD is a plus.Possess at least 5 years commercial software development experience, specifically Windows and Azure applicationsExpertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.Proven experience in training large language models (LLMs), including hands-on work with frameworks like ChatGPT API, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar.
