Air Export Iffo (6 Months Contract)

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Communicate with shipper, airlines, vendor, and network
- Accountable for meeting the agreed KPI and the consequences of failure for which corrective measures shall be taken according to prevailing regulation and procedure to avoid recurrence in the future
- Create job file
- Provide draft AWB to customer and network
- Do revision document
- Set Flavor and Fragrance (customer) HAWB, PEB, NPE 1 day after shipment depart
- Book space to airlines
- Book trucking to Road teams
- Provide flight schedule to network and customer
- Create MAWB and HAWB
- Check DN from network

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from recognized university or relevant qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fast paced, dynamic and or multi-cultural MNC environment in Logistics/Freight Forwarding/PPJK company (Fresh Graduate Are Welcome to Apply)
- Good understanding of product knowledge (Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight and Forwarding, Incoterms, etc.)
- Motivated self-starter with good organization skills and ability to multi-tasking
